On October 10, we received a notice from the China National Railway that 23 trains will be held up at Alashankou, 33 trains at Khorgos , 13 at Erenhot,16 at Manzhouli, and 1 at Suifenhe,which may lead to massive congestions at port. It’s reported that two of the three gantry cranes at port altynkol for transshipment were damaged and are under repair. Accordingly, 2-3 batches of trains can not be delivered on time everyday . While the transport schedules for November will be suspended, only to be released in the middle of this month.Only cargoes with official approvals from Ministry of Foreign Affairs ,the Ministry of Commerce and other key materials will be the exception.
