The Parties have agreed that payments under the Contract can be made to the Seller by third parties acting on behalf of the Buyer.
The Seller guarantees that the transfer of payment by third parties to the Seller in accordance with the terms of this Supplement is recognized as the proper fulfillment by the Buyer of the obligation to pay for goods under the Contract.
