Dear Anton
We have been advised by our customers in Russia that some of our orders are being detained by the Russian Customs and will be sent back to us after 30 working Days as they are being treated as consignment goods. We have never had such a situation in any other country in the world. In every other country our shipments are treated as individual parcels.
We are trying to resolve this matter and are liaising with our colleagues at our Courier service OCS. As soon as we have more information we will contact you.
