Moscow Non-Document Shipment Advisory

DHL Express Worldwide Non-Documents (e.g. Dutiable Shipments) destined to Moscow (Moscow Sheremetyevo (SVO), Moscow Domodedovo (DME) and Moscow Metropolitan Area Airport (MOW)) are currently incurring clearance delays as a result of recent changes in customs clearance procedures for all express carriers.
We are working closely with the Association of Express Carriers (AEC), an independent industry body which represents the major international and Russian providers of express logistics services, to resolve current delays as quickly as possible.
