Захотел приобрести комплектующие для роликовых коньков на
www.inlinewarehouse.com (коньки купил там же год назад), но не нашел Россию в списке стран доставки.
Написал им (28.04.09):

I'm from Omsk, Russia and would like to order several pucks and wheels
on Inline Hockey Warehouse.
I did a couple of orders last year and was satisfied, thank you!
But now Russia is not in the list of delivery.
Can I order in Russia? How can I do it?

We unfortunately stopped shipping to Russia just last week.
Reasons being that Russian customs has placed some very strict requirements. Packages over $50US were getting returned and FedEx/UPS and customs were fighting it out. It resulted in customers like yourself not getting packages, stuff being returned, and IW being charged shipping.
We therefore had to pull the plug. If/when Russian customs again starts to allow packages of any value, we gladly will add Russia back to the list.

Если я правильно понял, то не облагаются таможенными сборами отправления <10000 руб. в случае МПО (USPS) и <5000 руб. в случае FedEx/UPS/DHL и т.д.
Что за жесткие ограничения? О каких 50$ он говорит? Или таможня ввела новые правила?
