a) A written confirmation directly from the Buyers' Bank, confirming that 100% payment has been unconditionally and irrevocably transferred for Telegraphic transfer to Seller’s account
Or
b) An explicit written confirmation from the sellers that the third party warehouse may affect the final irrevocable release to buyers.
