Помогите разобраться в таможенной процедурой с Великобритании

Меня интересует таможенная процедура в Великобритании.. какие платежи платятся при экспорте - наверное не совсем точно - если что поправьте мемя - я, как физлицо приобрел трансивер (приемопередатчик для работы на КВ) - оплатил все платежи, но срок платежей прошел, сейчас они требуют чтобы я начинал все по-новый.. кто знает точно - каков срок уплаты таможенных платежей в Великобританиии? есть ли временные ограничения на их внесение? если их нет каковы мои действия?... спасибо за ответы

1. Вариант - как уже сказали - это просто разводилово и, вполне возможно, вы этот товар и не увидите.

2. Вариант - англикосы через местного транспортника оформили экспортную декларацию (стоит от 30 до 70 евро обычно)... Прошло пол-года... Декларашка истекла за сроком давности... Новая стоит еще столько-же...

Но мне сдается, что это все-таки похоже на 1-ый вариант.

На всякий случай - процедуру оформления начал 4 августа 2010 года.. запрос платеж по таможенной очистк 17 августа. потом занял денег - оплатил 30 августа - потом 2 дня тишина - и все сначала. обратился в торгпредтво Великобритании.


We are please to inform you that your payment was processed successfully and we reckon the payments you have been making ever since your goods got here on the 4th of August.We hereby congratulate you as you are a step closer to being a bonafied and fully registered customer of the UK Border Agencies and the UK Customs.Your parcels are still with held here with the Customs as we were told you have to pay the sum of £ 1420 being payment for Clearance,Forwarding and VAT Fees.

This is the final hurdle you will have to cross to be fully cleared by the UK Agencies.

P.S: The duration of time for this payment is 14 working days and You are to make payment in the name of UK Government Head Accountant as they have demanded all fees must go to him. Below are the details you need to make payment with.

Amount to Send: £ 1420

Remember sellers.

There is nothing stopping anyone from asking for references from a potential buyer from previous sellers.

There's also the reputation system forums .

Sometimes you can find a sellers callsign on Ebay and you can look up their feedback. Not that this is always a completely reliable source of information in itself, but it helps to verify the fact the buyer is real and may include email or other information that should match details given by the potential buyer.

Verify information such as a telephone numbers, email information and physical address location.

Cross check information given. Look for irregularities. Google is your friend. Do search for email addresses on the web and look at the corresponding results. Some email address searches often reveal scammers. Similarly, you can verify telephone numbers. (However cell phone numbers are more difficult.)

Refuse to accept any form of payment that cannot be traced or otherwise does not hold the buyer accountable. USPS money orders is one method that offers the idea of protection while other money orders don't. Educate yourself in knowing which is which. Avoid accepting personal checks. For example, some banks have a policy that doesn't allow you to cash "out of state" personal checks.

Buy insurance. Even if the buyer refuses to pay for it.

Pay the extra for parcel tracking information.

Make sure you create a "paper trail" This eliminates the idea of "I paid for it, but you never sent me the item syndrome." Tracking numbers are difficult to dispute.

Sellers: Describe your item exactly, avoid exaggerating. Include lots of photos to avoid "I didn't know the item was like that." Remember, omitting obvious details is the same as lying to someone.

Buyers: Ask questions. Never assume anything. If you are unsure or are provided with vague information about the item, don't buy it.

Get the payment in hand, before shipping anything out the door. Sometimes people make mistakes and might send you the wrong amount.

Communication!

...I find it amazing that many of us are trained experts in the area of communication but yet, this is the number one reason why most transactions go wrong. Poor communication causes more problems, misunderstandings and delays than anything else mentioned above.

Customs:

Customs delays are inevitable. Expect anything going through customs to take "weeks" and not "days" to get there. Be sure the person you are sending the item to also understands this information as clear as water. File this information under "communication."

Packaging.

If the package is not capable of shipping a carton of eggs across the country without causing damage to it, then you haven't packaged the item good enough for shipping.

Openly expect the item will fall off the conveyor belt onto the floor. Expect the item will be tossed around by young aspiring football players across the 10 yard line to the goal post located in the back of the delivery truck. Expect the delivery truck will be driven in a town with potholes located every 10 feet that will rattle the parts inside the rig.
