Ну отправитель/перевоз/экспедитор с той стороны натупил в данном случае - челу просто нужно тогда самому решать вопрос, как можно быстрее, чтобы груз из Европы на его местячковый пост выехал и все, а уж потом выставлять предъяву, хотя.... Можно и этих гавриков импортных озадачить, что вот так-и-так - делайте чего хотите - груз мне нужен в Москве... Максимум, что тогда нужно - это просто узнать код таможенного поста, где "потерпевший" оформляться будет, а вот это, я думаю, ему в ФТС звонить надо и спрашивать, где, по его прописке, его будут, как физика оформлять!

Такой вариант мне нравится. Т.е. мне надо просто узнать код ТП и указать им его?
Я могу сам выбирать любой ТП или по моск. обл. есть определённая привязка по месту жительства/регистрации?
Недалеко от меня есть пункт ФТС, но я не могу дозвониться, чтобы узнать, могу ли оформляться у них как физ. лицо.


Из сегодняшнего глубокого копания выяснилось, что в документе combined transport bill of landing, в графе place of delivery указано MOSCOW CFS, вроде как сегодня мне подсказали, что при CFS все расходы и гемор на отправителе, в связи с этим я написал снова письмо в литовскую транспортную компанию и состоялся примерно след. диалог:

— I have received invoice and packing list, but these documents are not originals, with no stamp and signature.
Goods will be forwarde by truck.
Waiting for the payment and customs warehouse information, where you are registred in.
Also original invoices.
Please be aware that storage fee is since 01/11/2010, 28.4eur per day.

— I'm still in progress to get registration info from my customs.
Also i will provide you product code later.
When will you prepair my bill for goods storage?
Will good quality COPIES of Invoice and packing list suit you? Because I'm afraid it'll take too long time to recieve originals from sender company and as a consequence it will raise my storage bill in your company.
And i'm sorry but i still can't understand why should i provide any information about customs in case you already have delivery address at goods documents?

P.S: И кто-нибудь, разъясните разницу между CFR и CFS, как я понял это немного разные виды. Из нарытого в инете:

Ну сделай цветную распечатку инвойса в 3-4 экземплярах или описи или что у тебя там, пошли им это все DHL-ом... Сходи на пост, где будешь оформляться и на СВХ спроси координаты поста: адрес, таможенный код поста... Копии коносамента судя по всему у прибалтов есть... Ну и все.. После этого жди... Если именно инвойс будут клянчить - просто объясни, что инвойса как такового нет, есть опись, т.к. это личные вещи... должны понять.

И ещё:

— это он о выставленном счёте за местные пошлины и транспортные услуги в 267 Евро. Мне стоит попросить подробную таблицу в которой расписан расчёт этой суммы или можно не сомеваться, что счёт честный и оплатить им перевод со SWIFT'ом?

Портовая обработка 267 евро - похоже на правду... Просто оплатите через банк и все... А потом отправителю предъяву сделайте на эту сумму, т.к. я понимаю, что за доставку вы тоже отправителю платили, а он выбрал такую косячную схему...

А что вам мешает просто прибалтам позвонить и поговорить с ними - они ж по русски прекрасно говорят - может так будет проще и быстрее....

Так я созванивался с этим человеком, он стоит на своём, что я должен оплатить иначе не отправят далее. Или я не об этом должен был говорить? :)

Ну тогда выставляй предъяву отправителю, что они коряво сделали логистическую схему, оплачивай еврики прибалтам, высылай им доки и получай свой товарчик.

Опять всё не слава Богу. Отправил все данные, нужные транспортной компании из Литвы, адрес и код СВХ в том числе, приходит ответ:

"We need your agreement with that customs warehouse, that goods will be offloaded.
Each customs warehaouse has their own template or form.
It should be statet that they will accept and unload goods which arrives for you"

Как хоть должно выглядеть это соглашение (договор?), как оно составляется, кем отправляется? Таможенником или мною, от ТП или от СВХ?

Ну съезди на СВХ , заключи с ними договор (попросишься в бухгалтерию), копию им отсканируй и на почту скинь.
