ssergey, если вы знаете особенности работы таможни Китая, то просветите народ!!!

Может ли (в каких случаях может, а в каких нет) китайская сторона предоставлять оригинал экспортной декларации для российской стороны (покупателя)?! И какие печати на декларации должны стоять: круглые или овальные, красные или...Имеет ли юридическую силу (или какую другую..) копия Китайской таможенной декларации заверенная торгово-промышленной палатой Китая?!

А то "китайцы" свои узкие глаза еще больше сужают, когда их просишь предоставить оригинал экспортной...
..врут..или правду говорят, что "нельзя..." :-))

Я когда с наших поставщиков стал требовать экспортные для подтверждения стоимости, они тоже вылупили глаза и сказали что в китае вообще таких доков нет. После того как я им показал копию того чего хочу они начали понимать.
Вообще предоставление оригинала экспортной наши таможенники нетребуют, главное чтобы копия была нормального качества и заверена отправителем/декларантом. Копия заверенная ТПП Китая это хорошо, мне некоторые поставщики заверяют, хотя я их непрошу это доп расходы и время. Печати на экспортной красные и круглые, и еще есть красный квадратный штамп. Оригинал предосталять МОГУТ так китайская декларация как и наша состоит из нескольких листов.

Весьма удивлена Вашим заявлением. ГТД состоит из нескольких, как Вы выражаетесь, листов. Только эти несколько оригинальных экземпляров очень четко распределяются. Один остается в таможне, другой идет брокеру, еще один получателю груза.... Отправить в другое государство оригинал ГТД - это просто невозможно. Только если отправить свой и потом огрести проблем со своей бухгалтерией и налоговой. Это может в Китае можно дербанить оригиналы как левая нога захочет. НО что-то никто их сюда не посылает.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your email of 20.2.2008 addressed to Customs and Excise
Department of HKSAR enquiry on how to obtain a certified copy of
previously lodged export declaration.

Under the Import and Export (Registration) Regulations, every person who
imports or exports any article other than an exempted article is
required to lodge with the Commissioner of Customs and Excise an
accurate and complete import or export/re-export declaration within 14
days after the importation or exportation of the article.

Import and export declarations are to be lodged with the Commissioner of
Customs & Excise electronically via one of the following means –

(a) Direct Electronic Declaration Service Declarations are to be lodged
electronically through the services provided by the following service
providers (SP) specified by Government:

i) Global e-Trading Services Limited

ii) Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited
Enquiry Hotline : 2599 1700
Website : http://www.tradelink.com.hk

After registration with SP, importers/exporters may make use of the
front-end solutions provided, such as end-user software or web-form, to
compile the necessary information into structured declaration messages
as required. With proper electronic signature, the electronic
declarations can be sent to SP’s system. If a declaration is in order
and accepted by SP’s system, the declarant will receive an ?l
ochacknowledgement message?loch from the system while the declaration
message will be transmitted to Government’s system. On the other hand,
if a declaration is rejected by SP’s system, the declarant will receive
an ?locherror message?loch. The declarant therefore has to re-submit the
declaration after completion of appropriate follow-up action.

(b) Paper-to-electronic Conversion Service via Specified Agents

Paper-to-electronic conversion service for declaration is also provided
by the SP through a network of service agents in Hong Kong.
Importers/exporters have to complete a specified paper authorization
form. The service agents will convert the information into electronic
messages and send them to the respective SP for onward transmission to
the Government.

Therefore, under the current trade declaration system, all import/export
declarations need not be and will not be stamped by the Customs and
Excise Department.

However, Census and Statistics Department of HKSAR provides a service to
importers/exporters to apply for certified copy of Import/Export
Declaration being lodged by them.
