rates are not valid for following shipments: hunting trophies, personal effects, hhg, diplomatic goods, food stuff, excise cargo, phytosanitary shipments, relief-, church-, religious items, fine art, exhibition cargo, shipments in ATA carnet regime, return and re export cargo, military and weapon related items.
consignee not accepted as private individuals and off shore companies. consignee must be russia registered company.

non sanctioned cargo.
non haz general cargo.
commercial cargo.
stack able and top loadable, properly packed, marked and palletized cargo.
for non stackable/top loadable units pls calculate height as 250 cm.

*Rates are valid from CFS ORIGIN to CFS St Petersburg only in our tariff.
*Rates as mentioned in our import tariff do not include any customs formalities.
*Rates are only valid for cargo not exceeding 3.00 meter length; 2.20 meter wide; 2.20 meter high
max. unit weight 2000 kg.
Any shipments with a unit weight in excess of 2000 kgs must be agreed separately
and is subject to special approval + additional surcharges at destination.

Remarks :
*All rates quoted are applied for general cargo only. Any hazardous cargoes are NOT acceptable.
*Cargo is harmless, normally packed and stackable.
*Oversize / Dense Cargo Surcharge will be applied.
*Packages exceeding the following measurement are subject to acceptance and surcharge may be imposed: Length 480 cm, Width 200 cm, Height 200 cm
*Maximum weight per any single piece of 2,499 kgs only. Over-weight surcharges are levied for any piece above 2,500 kgs need to check case by case
*Contents not sighted or checked by the carrier shipped entirely at shipper's risk
*Above rate not include the loading fee to trucker
*Trucking fee only base to one door only , if client request to pick up the cargo on two door or more that two door by same trailer, pls check it the rate case by case
*Rates quoted on today’s tariff in terms of DOOR to CFS only
*Trucker waiting time exceeding 2 hours may be applicable,if exceed it, overtime charge will be USD17/hours.
*Will still charge client 80% trucking fee if client request return empty trailer
*If shipper pick up address is the private houses, pls check the trucking fee case by case.
*If shipper can not provide all export doc to us,pls send us the formal packing list & invoice to checking the export doc fee.
*If client request the fumigation for package or cargo, pls check it the cost case by case
*Customs clearance must be done at designated export CFS.
*Above rates are not include customs inspection fee, Other charges should be per actually which occurs.
*Shipper is required to furnish export clearance document and relative permit / licenses.
*If shipper can not provide all export doc to us,pls send us the formal packing list & invoice to checking it.
