В Малайзии купил 4 ноутбука и один телефон. Продавец отправил все это SkyroundEx. При отслеживании заметил что передадут DHL

Через 3 дня посылка зависла в Сингапуре и брокер от SkyroundEx пишет мне, что бы я оплатил 25% of $2,970 is $742.5 Вестерном выслал на имя в Сингапур.
Привожу полностью письмо:

Your package with the tracking number RU*********AK is being held for custom fees and import duty tax, the total amount is 25% of your purchase, from the receipt attached to your package, the goods is worth $2,970 and you are expected to pay 25% as custom fee and import duty tax, with excess kilo, this is to avoid any unforeseen custom delay or issues at the entry border to the final destination of your package it is the duty of our final delivery agent to make all payment, before they will be allowed to proceed with good to the delivery address, that is our reason why we need to collect the charges now....

The payment has to be made through western union for quick confirmation and uninterrupted services.

И почему вообще растаможивание в Сингапуре?
