Как считать графу 42 если ест доставка?

цена товара на D(DU) (аки и на C) = цена товара + цена доставки
т.е. (42) = цена товара X + часть цены доставки
ибо Incoterms 2000 DDU: B.1.= A.1. incl. A.3.

B1. Payment of the price
The buyer must pay the price as provided in the contract of sale.

A1. Provision of goods in conformity with the contract
The seller must provide the goods and the commercial invoice, or its equivalent electronic message, in conformity with the contract of sale and any other evidence of conformity which may be required by the contract.

A3. Contracts of carriage and insurance
a) Contract of carriage
The seller must contract at his own expense for the carriage of the goods to the named place of destination. If a specific point is not agreed or is not determined by practice, the seller may select the point at the named place of destination which best suits his purpose.
b) Contract of insurance
No obligation(Refer to Introduction paragraph 14).

Разумеется в полной цене (the price) B1 включено A3.Но чему равно A3 абсолютно не известно (at his own expense). И если в инвойсе есть отдельная строка с доставкой то не факт, что она равна А3. Конечно это хоть что-то, но все равно не то. Ладно, это уже юридическая муть начинается капитальная. Забъем.
