Растаможка мотоцикла???

Добрый день уважаемые знатоки.
Нашел в Англии для себя мотоцикл хозяин отвечает следующее:

I am glad that you are interested to buy my bike . The bike works and stands in perfect condition . I never had any problems with the engine and it has no accidents .
The price is 6.700 EUR . The bike got custom clearance in Russia , Belarrus ,Ukraine and Kazakhstan .
We live in United Kingdom . I am a police officer and I have worked as chief of security for the oil company in your country , and there I bought the bike . It has all the documents of registration numbers for your country . I am interested in selling the bike because here in the United Kingdom I can not register it and I recently married and my wife doesn't agree with the idea of having a motorcycle and I am forced to sell it .
I think the price is very attractive but I want to sell the bike as soon as possible .
I agree to Transport the bike to your address on my costs .

Если я правильно его понимаю он купил Его в России и увез к себе на туманный альбион, там возникли проблемы и ему очень хочется продать его назад именно в Россию, как это правильнее сделать, кто вообще с этим сталкивался?
